The Basilisk is a fearsome mythical creature, believed to be King of the serpents. It is said to not only be able to kill with its venom, but also to cause death to any creature that looks into its eyes. Its main weakness, oddly, is the smell of a weasel!

The mysterious, ape-like creature known as Bigfoot (or Sasquatch) is believed to walk the forests of the Pacific Northwest, leaving behind nothing but the large footprints that the creature is named for. Is Bigfoot a relic from humanity’s past? Or something more supernatural? So far, no one knows for sure.
Scientific Name: Unkown
Characteristics: This Bigfoot figure accurately represents the legendary monster’s large feet, and is covered head to toe in coarse sculpted fur. He is posed in mid-walk, turning to his right to look behind him. This iconic pose of the creature is based on a still frame from the infamous “Patterson Film”, one of the most well-known supposed recordings of Bigfoot.
Size and Color: Bigfoot measures 5 ¼ inches tall and about 3 ¼ inches wide, a little bigger than a standard coffee mug. His hair is dark brown, with dark gray areas of exposed skin on his face and hands.

Cerberus is the terrifying three-headed watchdog of Hades. Snarling and growling, the black dog ensures that no one enters or leaves the underworld without permission. Only Orpheus and Hercules are said to have bested Cerberus.
Scientific Name: Cerberus
Characteristics: Gleaming yellow eyes and sharp white teeth adorn the fearsome and realistic faces of the snarling Cerberus. Its three lively heads keep watch over the gates of the underworld.
Size and Color: Silver-studded red collars contrast with the black fur of Cerberus, creating a sleek look to this guard dog of Hades. The figure is 4 ¾ inches long, about the same as a DVD.

Fairies are guardians of the forest, yet they are tiny, no larger than the dragonflies for which they are often mistaken. Fairy ponies are larger, about the size of a chipmunk, and just as lively. Only a fairy may ride a fairy pony.
Scientific Name: Equus ferus caballus
Characteristics: Beautifully adorned with the colors of spring, a fairy pony often matches its moods to the seasons. This pony has a saddle prepared for its favorite rider, the flower fairy Bluebell.
Size and Color: At 4 ½ inches long and 4 inches tall the Fairy Pony is just slightly smaller than the horses in our collection, yet the white pony with green and blue accents is sized perfectly for a fairy rider.

Perched high up the walls of European cathedrals and castles, Gargoyles, with their often misshapen faces, were sculpted to awaken terror in onlookers, but they had a much simpler duty as well: acting as water spouts.
Characteristics: Featuring a grotesque face that combines the human with the mythical, Gargoyles like this one are featured prominently in medieval castles and cathedrals as rainspouts and gutters.
Size and Color: Weathered stone gray, this Gargoyle would look perfectly at home perched atop a centuries-old cathedral. Standing 3 ½ inches tall, it can find a place in your home as well.

Gnome children have all the playfulness and cheer of their parents, but none of the serious side. They are some of the most impish creatures in the wood, but they learn their prank-loving ways from the best. Gnome children are smaller than dwarf babies, and they grow slowly.
Characteristics: With its pointy cap, perpetual smile, and irrepressible energy, this gnome child makes the most of childhood, which for gnomes lasts quite a few more years than humans.

Shorter than dwarves, but just as stocky, Gnomes live either underground or in gardens, where they search for treasure, practice their magic, and occasionally cause mischief for the big people. Gnome Moms are generous and kind, not as interested in treasure, but always ready for a practical joke.
Characteristics: Tiny, round, and alternately mischievous or jolly, this gnome mom loves the outdoors, where she lives, works, and plays. She is fun loving just like her bearded husband, but even more wily.
Size and Color: A greyish purple dress and red cap adds cheer to this gnome mom. The colors also help her blend with her forest and garden surroundings. She stands 2 ½ inches high, similar to a medium apple.
